Station Wagon Causes 4-Car Crash On Sunrise Highway: PD
Four people were hospitalized after the chain reaction crash Monday morning.
NORTH LINDENHURST, NY - Four people were hospitalized after four-car crash in North Lindenhurst Monday morning, according to Suffolk Police.
A man was traveling in a 1995 Chevrolet Caprice station wagon westbound on Sunrise Highway near N. Queens Avenue at about 8:50 a.m. when his car experienced a possible mechanical failure and struck two other cars.
Then one of those cars struck a fourth car.

A total of four people went to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of minor injuries.
The driver of the Chevrolet refused medical attention.
