Truck Loader Worth $122K Stolen From Suffolk Apartment Complex: Police

NORTH LINDENHURST, NY — A person who stole a compact truck loader from a residential apartment complex parking lot last month is currently being sought after by Suffolk County police.

On Nov. 4 at about 4:50 p.m., an unknown person or people operating a white pickup truck with trailer attachment stole a 2022 Caterpillar CAT compact truck loader from the parking lot of the Forsythe Garden Apartments, located at 356 Forsythe Ave., police said.

The skid steer is valued at about $122,000, and the person or people face charges of grand larceny.
