William Rall Elementary Students Learn About Business

Students take part in a series of educational games and interactive lessons.

Students at William Rall Elementary School recently took part in a series of educational games and interactive lessons presented by the trained corporate volunteers from Allstate and Clear Vision along with the Junior Achievement (JA) program.

Second-grade students studied the community and explored the concepts of businesses and production while third-graders discussed careers as well as businesses and the contributions they make on a city. Fourth-grade students took a more advanced look at earning and spending and how money flows in an economy. The fifth-grade presentation, ‘Our Nation,’ provided students with practical information about business’ need for individuals who can meet the demands of the job market.
