2018 Election Preview: 20th Assembly District

The midterm elections are nearly here, and candidates all across New York are up for vote.

All of the New York Assembly is up for reelection, and many senators are, as well. Here's what you need to know for the 20th Assembly District race.

Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 6

Polling Times: Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Candidates: Incumbent Republican Melissa "Missy" Miller is being challenged by newcomer Democrat Juan Vides.

District: The 20th Assembly District include Long Beach, Island Park, the Five Towns and parts of East Rockaway, Oceanside, Baldwin and Valley Stream.
