LONG BEACH, NY — Several people were arrested on Tuesday night involving different crimes.

Long Beach police said five people were charged in connection to the separate incidents.

Three people were allegedly involved in the theft of a catalytic converter from a parked vehicle, police said.

One person was taken into custody for driving a stolen vehicle, and was in possession of rock cocaine, detectives said.

Another person is accused of driving a vehicle with a fraudulent license plate.
