CEDARHURST, NY — A Valley Stream man was accused of charges related to a burglary that occurred in June in Cedarhurst, police said.
An unknown person entered a Jildor Shoes on Central Avenue on June 25 and removed a large safe with money in it before fleeing the scene, Nassau County police said.
Upon investigation, officers arrested Frank Cirillo on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., police said.
Cirillo was charged with third-degree burglary and will be arraigned on Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead, police said.
