The Boardwalk

Why aren't there more eateries on the boardwalk?

Everyone one I know in town asks the same question.

There is enough empy space along the boardwalk,especially from Long Beach Blvd. to Riverside. Small seasonal shops would really add  to the ambiance of the boardwalk experience.

I imagine temporary structures could be built up much like the trailers that are used to sell seasonal passes.
