On June 13, the county fire marshal’s office said Jordan Lobster Farms had been the site of a three-alarm fire that broke out while the restaurant was open. That fire took over an hour for a team of about 150 firefighters to get under control, a task that was accomplished without any injuries, fire officials said.
In the announcement that the restaurant would be returning, one group was highlighted in particular as having been crucial to the return effort: Jordan Lobster Farms’ “Lobstertricians,” the staff behind the shellfish.
