Burglar Charged With Assault: Long Beach Police

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending March 22.
All charges are merely accusations.
- Maggie Heyman, 60, of Long Beach, was arrested on West Park Avenue on March 15 and charged with driving with a suspended license.
- Anand Ramcoomar, 40, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on March 19 on West Broadway and charged with driving without a license and failing to stop for a school bus.
- Shannon A. Kelly, 29, of Long Beach, was arrested on March 19 on West Beech Street and charged with resisting arrest, harassment with physical contact and disorderly conduct.
- Sean J. Clancy, 38, of Long Beach, was arrested on Washington Boulevard on March 21 and charged with burglary causing injury and assault.
