The City of Long Beach has announced that its annual fireworks display will take place Friday, July 10, 2026, beginning at sundown. The fireworks will be visible from anywhere along the boardwalk and beachfront.
The city has advised that lane closures and heavy traffic can be expected the night of the fireworks show, especially in the area near Broadway and Long Beach Boulevard. Additionally, the city has said there is no glass or alcohol permitted on Ocean Beach Park, and that bags and coolers are subject to searches.
The rain date for the fireworks is July 11.
