Pozo could face 15 years in prison if convicted, said the DA.

While president of KGP Payroll Services, Inc., Pozo was authorized by a client to withdraw money from their accounts for federal and payroll taxes, officials said. Between January 2009 and November 2011, Pozo allegedly withdrew $686,859.97 from their accounts but only forwarded $256,864 for tax payments, said the DA. KGP retained $429,995.97 and closed with a zero balance, officials said.
