Dog Jumps In Driver's Lap, Causes Car Crash In Nassau
The driver lost control and drove into the side of an abandoned home because of the excited pooch. No one was injured.
A car crashed into a home in Oceanside Tuesday morning after a dog apparently jumped into the driver's lap and caused her to lose control of the vehicle.
According to police, the accident occurred just before 10 a.m. at an abandoned home on Brower Avenue.
News 4 New York reported that the woman driving the car was eating an egg sandwich when the dog jumped into her lap, causing her to lose control and crash into the side of the home. The building was damaged, but no one was injured in the crash.
