Join the Long Beach Library on several Mondays through May and June for "Mother Goose Lap-Sit Rhyme Time." This program is for children between five months and 19 months of age (born between November 2008 and December 2010) and enables children to sing and listen to stories, as well as participate in finger play and other activities.
Times for sessions are as follows: 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
Registration begins on May 9 at 5:30 p.m. Birth certificate and proof of Long Beach residence are required. Non-resident registration begins on May 12.
