Join us for our series, consisting of two Saturdays, one in July and one in August. Our program will combine a lecture with hands-on interactive activities. In July, we hear about natural alternatives for coping with stress and improving your inner balance. In August, healthy food alternatives and healthy recipes using seasonal foods and teas will be featured. Irvi Sulit, MS, LAc, is our lecturer.
