Join the Long Beach Library on several Thursdays through May and June for "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." This program is for children between 18 months and 3 years of age (born between May 2008 and November of 2009) and gives toddlers and their caregivers a chance to make crafts and read a story.
Registration begins on May 9 at 5:30 p.m. Birth certificate and proof of Long Beach residence are required. Non-resident registration begins on May 12.
