Fall 2014 Parent Academy Coming to Long Beach
Informative program to help parents and students work together on school work.

The Long Beach Public School District is proud to present the Fall 2014 Elementary Parent Academy, an informative opportunity for parents or elementary school children to learn how to help their children with schoolwork.
As a result of changing classroom instruction that now reflects the Common Core Learning Standards, parents are encouraged to attend this workshop in order to explore new ways to help their children at home. Teachers will share with parents the new classroom approaches and introduce new resources for parents to use at home.
