At 6 p.m., the City Council will be holding its meeting online with the Garden City-based Engel Burman Group to discuss the developer's proposal for the Super Block.
The Super Block is a long-vacant property in the heart of the city. It has been the source of many legal battles and troubles for the city. It was purchased by Engel Burman last year from iStar Financial, which owned the property for years.
