Long Beach Invites Residents To Help Decide Downtown Future
As part of a pair of revitalization grants, the city will hold the public gathering on Sept. 10.

LONG BEACH, NY — Residents of Long Beach can help mold the future of downtown.
The city is holding a Saturday engagement event focused on the revitalization of Park Avenue.
People can give their vision for downtown on Sept. 10 from 9-11 a.m. at the Kennedy Plaza Farmers Market.

The event comes as Long Beach prepares a grant application for the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) and NY Forward (NYF) programs.
