Our staff of 60 to 110 employees (seasonally) wants to make your cycling and home fitness experiences as convenient and enjoyable as possible. LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Dec. 21. All charges are merely accusations. <ul><li>Cesar Aponte-Villazan, 30, of Long Beach, was arrested on Taft Avenue on Dec. 17 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, identity theft and criminal possession of a controlled substance.</li><li>Christopher Ryan Friedlander, 20, of Tarrytown, was arrested on East Park Avenue on Dec. 18 and charged with obstructing governmental administration, criminal impersonation and resisting arrest.</li><li>Marke Arquan Sutton, 24, of Long Beach, was arrested on Centre Street on Dec. 20 and charged with disorderly conduct and assault with intent to cause physical injury.</li></ul>
