Long Beach Police Report: Man Accused of Assault with a Weapon

Long Beach Police reported the following arrests for the week of May 24:

• Allison E. Stoppa, 36, of Long Beach was arrested on May 28 on Roosevelt Boulevard and charged with an active Long Beach City Court probation warrant.

• David G. Strauss, 58, of Bayside was arrested on May 28 on W. Olive Street and June Walk for a DWI and a DWI with a previous conviction.

• Elijah R. Hall, 21, of Wyandanch was arrested on May 28 at the LBPD headquarters and charged with an active Nassau County District Court bench warrant.

• John Donald Krommenhoek, 28, of Wallington, NJ was arrested on May 29 on New York Avenue for assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and an active NYC bench warrant.

• Joseph P. Gagnon, 32, of Rockville, CT was arrested on May 29 on W. Park Avenue for DWI and aggravated DWI.

• Christina Stasio, 20, of N. Bellmore was arrested on May 29 on National Boulevard and W. Market Street and charged with a DWI.

• Michael Jordan Blake, 24, of Queens Village was arrested on May 29 on Park Place and E. Hudson Street for an active City of New York bench warrant.

• Christina Zayas, 33, of Bronx was arrested on May 29 on W. Park Avenue and charged with an active City of New York arrest warrant.

• Daniel J. Pottinger, 19, of Jamaica was arrested on May 31 on Long Beach Boulevard and charged with menacing.
