Man Arrested After Leading Police On Chase: Long Beach PD

The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Jan. 14. All charges are merely accusations.

• Moira A. Riveros, 37, of Long Beach, was arrested on Jan. 10 on East Park Avenue and charged with driving with a revoked license.
• John C. Samida, 55, of Lido Beach, was arrested on Jan. 10 on East Park Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license.
• Michael R. Schweiger, 34, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on Jan. 12 on Monroe Boulevard and was charged with possession of a forged instrument, fleeing an officer on a motorcycle, reckless driving, speeding, avoiding intersections and a one-way violation.
• Esias O. Johnson, 22, of New York City, was arrested on Jan. 12 at the Long Beach LIRR station and was charged with public lewdness, menacing with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
• Charlton J. Rodriguez, 31, of Ozone Park, was arrested on Jan. 14 on West Park Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license, equipment violation and no license.
