Man Falls To Death In Backyard Inlet: Police
The 67-year-old victim was pulled from the water by a neighbor, police said.
ISLAND PARK, NY — A 67-year-old man died after falling into the inlet behind his Island Park home on Julian Place just before 6 p.m. Thursday, Nassau police said.
A neighbor assisted in locating the victim, pulling him from the water before police arrived.
A Nassau County Police Medic pronounced the victim dead. His name was not released by police.
