Man Reported False Emergency To Officers: Long Beach Police

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Dec. 16. All charges are merely accusations.

• Jasmine Johnson, 27, of Long Beach, was arrested on Dec. 8 on East Fulton Street and charged with menacing with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
• Selena J. Rosa, 23, of Long Beach, was arrested on Dec. 9 on East Park Avenue and charged with driving while impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to obey traffic device and unsafe lane change.
• Kevin Wilder, 54, of Long Beach, was arrested on National Boulevard on Dec. 10 and charged with driving with a suspended license with a previous conviction and no license.
• Daniel Torgomen, 62, of Lido Beach, was arrested on East Broadway on Dec. 16 and charged with falsely reporting an emergency incident.
