Multiple Dangerous Drivers Taken Off The Road: Long Beach Police

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Nov. 2.
All charges are merely accusations.
- Victor Debouter, 26, of Burlington, Vermont, was arrested on East Beech Street on Oct. 28 and charged with DWI, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
- William Thomas Smith, 57, of Long Beach, was arrested on East Fulton Street on Oct. 29 and charged with DWI with a previous conviction, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving with a license restriction and leaving the scene of an accident.
- Dermott J. Clowe III, 31, of Massapequa, was arrested on Oct. 31 on East Broadway and charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
- John Tyler Theobald, 20, of Huntington, was arrested on East Park Avenue on Nov. 2 and charged with DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
