Multiple Dangerous Drivers Taken Off The Road: Long Beach Police

The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Feb. 12. All charges are merely accusations.

• Michael A. Vocson, 39, of Long Beach, was arrested on Feb. 5 on West Beech Street and charged with driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Philoman J. Smith, 30, of Long Beach, was arrested on Feb. 5 on West Beech Street and charged with petty larceny.
• Dean L. Blaschuk, 58, of long Beach, was arrested on Feb. 6 on Est Park Avenue on two active Long Beach City Court arrest warrants.
• Joseph J. Chensky, 41, of Long Beach, was arrested on Feb. 6 at Long Beach Police headquarters on an active Nassau County bench warrant.
• Michael S. Twik, 51, of Malverne, was arrested on Feb. 8 on East Broadway and charged with DWI.
• Brandon E. Ilg, 29, of Long Beach, was arrested on Feb. 9 on East Park Avenue and charged with DWI.
• Andre C. Hinds, 26, of Cambria Heights, was arrested on Feb. 10 on West Park Avenue and charged with driving with a suspended license and registration.
• Anthony Frangos, 19, of Oceanside, was arrested on Feb. 12 on East Hudson Street and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief with the intent to damage property.
