Multiple Dangerous Drivers Taken Off The Road: Long Beach Police

LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending July 7. All charges are merely accusations.

• Joseph J. Gavin, 28, of Port Washington, was arrested on West Park Avenue on July 4 and charged with DWI.
• Betsy A. Emery, 34, of New York City, was arrested on Long Beach Boulevard on July 4 and charged with DWI.
• Roaldn A. Ramirez, 55, of the Bronx, was arrested on Washington Boulevard on July 6 and charged with possession of a forged instrument, driving with a revoked license and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
