Police, Firefighters Searching For Boater Knocked In Water
BREAKING: Four people were knocked in the water of Jones Inlet, and three have been rescued. Responders are still searching for the fourth.

POINT LOOKOUT, NY — Multiple police and fire departments are currently searching the waters of Jones Inlet to find a person who was thrown from a boat earlier this morning.
According to the Long Beach Police Department, a boat overturned in Jones Inlet earlier, throwing four people into the water. Three people have been rescued, one of whom was in cardiac arrest. There is still a person missing.
Fire departments from Long Beach, Point Lookout-Lido, Inwood, Lawrence-Cedarhurst, Wantagh, Freeport, Oceanside and Island Park are all at the scene, as well as the Nassau County Police Department, US Coast Guard and NYPD.

The three people who were rescued were taken to the Long Beach Emergency Room boat dock and other nearby hospitals, police said.
