Police: Long Beach Mother, Son Sold Heroin to Undercover Agent
Pair arrested late Wednesday night.

A Long Beach mother and son face charges after police say they sold heroin from their apartment on Shore Road.
Kelly Cavanagh, 53, and William Cavanagh, 22, were located by officers from the Bureau of Special Operations and placed under arrest without incident late Wednesday night, Nassau police said.
According to police, on July 28, the pair sold an undisclosed amount of heroin to an undercover agent at their home located at 261 Shore Road, Apt. 1.

On Oct. 14, Kelly Cavanagh again sold heroin to an undercover agent at the residence, police said.
Kelly Cavanagh is charged with two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. William Cavanagh faces one count of the same charges.
