Police Report: Arrests for Assault, Disorderly Conduct, DWI
LBPD-NCPD blotters on Long Beach-related incidents.

The following information was supplied by the Long Beach Police Department/Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Arrests
- Jason Cain, 35, of Baldwin was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach on April 7.
- James Edwards, 20, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property, menacing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at West Market Street on April 9.
- Ashley Robinson, 23, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration at West Market Street on April 9.
- William Rieber, 27, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and driving with a suspended license at West Olive Street on April 9.
- Richard Johnson, 37, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction at West Beech Street on April 12.
- Kristin Freutel, 24, of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with assault at West Beech Street and California Street on April 14.
- Patricia Wagner, 48, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at West Beech Street and California Street on April 14.
- Jonathan Cepeda, 20, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with harassment at Long Beach Boulevard on April 9.
- Sarah Hankins, 18, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at West Fulton Street on April 10.
- Renee Liotta, 49, of Kings Park was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license at Long Beach Boulevard and East Pine Street on April 11.
- Brian Ganun, 26, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property on West Park Avenue on April 14.
Identity Theft
- A resident of Glenwood Avenue in Point Lookout reported being the victim of identity theft when multiple fraudulent transactions were made to their debit card between April 2-5.
- A resident of Parkside Drive in Point Lookout reported being the victim of identity theft when multiple fraudulent transactions were made to their debit card on April 7.
