Residents Can Donate At Annual Long Island Holiday Blood Drive
It takes place on Dec. 27 in Long Beach.
LONG BEACH, NY — It's a chance to give back in an ultimate way this holiday season. The city of Long Beach will host its annual winter blood drive on Dec. 27.
Donations will be accepted from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
There is an extra incentive for those to donate. Everyone will get entered into the Home for the Holiday sweepstakes for a chance to win a staycation.

Blood donors must be 17 years (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good, overall health.

Donors are required to wear a facial covering and can not give blood if they had a positive COVID-19 test or symptoms within the past 14 days.
The blood drive will be held on the second floor at the Magnolia Center.
