'Survivor' Winner, Teacher From Long Beach, Joins MTV 'Challenge'

LONG BEACH, NY —A teacher from Long Beach, who won CBS' "Survivor" island competition, is heading back to reality TV.

Tommy Sheehan, 28, will join 33 other participants in MTV's "The Challenge: Spies, Lies and Allies," premiering August 11, he wrote on his Instagram page.

Sheehan, who won the $1 million prize in 2019, teaches in the Floral Park-Bellerose Union Free School District.
