Long Beachers march in honor of the Civil Rights leader who once visited their city.
Monday was a day when all of Long Beach came together as one in honor of one man's historic vision of peace.
Long Beach marked Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a march along the same route down Park Avenue that the famed civil rights leader took when he visited this town many years ago in his fight for equal rights for all mankind.
The march was lead by Grand Marshal and Tuskegee Airman Julius Freeman.
