You Can Help Tyler, A 21-Month-Old Battling Leukemia

His family is having a fundraiser on March 25. Find out how you can help here.

Tyler Lipsky, a 21-month-old Oceanside resident, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia earlier this year, and is currently undergoing high-dose chemotherapy treatments to fight the disease.

In order to help his family pay for Tyler's medical care, a special fundraiser, Being Tough For Tyler, is being held on March 25 from noon to 4 p.m. at Mulcahy's Pub, at 3232 Railroad Ave. in Wantagh. The fundraiser will feature food and drinks, lots of entertainment for kids (like face painting, a photo booth, a DJ, carnival games and more), and raffles and auctions for adults (you can bid on items like David Yurman jewelry and a weekend at Martha's Vineyard).

Tickets for the fundraiser are $50 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under, and can be purchased here.
