Pilates on Ludlow

We are a boutique Pilates reformer studio welcoming a maximum of five clients per session. Our small class sizes help instructors give you as much personal attention as possible. We have props galore, including jumpboards. Some classes also incorporate workouts on our Balanced Body Combo Chairs.
