Get fit in the park with Friends of Corlears Hook Park's free yoga classes - see schedule below. Classes are presented by YogaSole and are weather permitting (check our website & social media platforms for cancellation notices).

These instructor-led classes are free to the public and open to all levels of experience from beginner to advanced practitioners. Kids are welcome to come as well. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use but if you have your own, please bring it. We will also provide snacks and water for class participants. Come dressed in clothing that will allow you to stretch, sit, and lie down comfortably.
Advance registration is not required - just show up for class and register on site.
