3rd Prize Powerball Ticket Sold In Nassau County
The ticket from Saturday night's drawing is worth $50,000.
FRANKLIN SQUARE, NY — While the Powerball jackpot is more than $300 million with no top-prize winners from Saturday's drawing, don't crumple the tickets just yet.
One person on Long Island won $50,000 from the Jan. 7 drawing, lottery officials say.
The ticket was purchased at Tulip Caterers located on Tulip Ave. in Franklin Square. Three others won the $50,000 third prize across the state.
