Couple Robbed Nassau Store At Gunpoint

Nassau County police are searching for a man and woman who robbed a Dunkin' Donuts in Elmont early Wednesday morning.

According to police, the man and woman entered the Dunkin' Donuts at 1791 Dutch Broadway at 5:31 a.m. The man pulled out a long gun, pointed it at the 32-year-old woman who was working at the store and demanded cash. The employee emptied out the register, and then the man and woman fled in an unknown direction. No one was hurt.

The man is 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin build, wearing a Yankees baseball cap, a brown hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses and beige work boots. The woman was 5 feet 6 inches with a heavy build, wearing a black sweatshirt and dark sunglasses.
