West Hempstead Author Released New Book

West Hempstead, New York – June 2, 2016 – West Hempstead, New York author and blogger, Patrick A. Davy, has released his novel, Crime Healer: A Profession for the Brave at Heart. This latest book by the author is about a former correctional officer’s encounter with three adolescent gangsters on a New York City subway.

Davy receives the inspiration to write this book from a crime he witnesses while heading home from work one evening. The author uses a clear and easy conversational voice and style that aim to appeal to readers of all audiences.

Most people do not like crimes, and some will do whatever it takes to prevent wrongdoings from happening. This is the case with the main character of the story. The following quote, from the book sums up the protagonist feelings and attitude toward criminality.
