Caramelized Onion, Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Pissaladière; Grilled Monkfish Brochettes with Orange Butter Sauce; alternate main dish - Roasted Duck Breasts with Green Peppercorn Sauce; Butternut Rice Pilaf; Classic Lemon Tart Citron (Lemon Meringue Tart - my favorite!).
