H.S. Choral Students Chosen To National Competition
Four singers from Malverne High School will compete in Boston this winter.

MALVERNE, NY — Four Malverne High School choral students have been accepted into a national organization.
After a rigorous audition process, Carly Bottitta (Soprano 2), Austin Cange (Bass 2), Lauren Dinglasan (Alto 2) and Niles Wilson (Bass 1) are joining the American Choral Directors Associations Eastern Division Gospel Honor Choir.
The quartet will represent Malverne in Boston from Feb. 9-12, where they will be working with Indiana University choral professor Dr. Raymond Wise, the Malverne School District said.

“I am truly honored to work in Malverne where the arts are supported and appreciated by both the district administration and the entire community," Malverne High School Choral Director Kenneth Zagare said.
