Jennifer L. Ferraro joins Rosenberg Calica & Birney

Rosenberg Calica & Birney LLP has announced that Jennifer L. Ferraro has joined the Garden City based law firm’s commercial litigation department.

Ms. Ferraro graduated in the top 10% of her class from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University (J.D. cum laude 2012). While at Hofstra, Ms. Ferraro’s Note, “ISP Liability and Safe Harbor Provisions: Implications of Evolving International Law for the Approach Set Out in Viacom v. YouTube,” was published in the Hofstra Journal of International and Business Law. In addition, she was a regional finalist in the ABA 2011-2012 National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Following law school, Ms. Ferraro served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Philip H. Mizzone, Jr., J.S.C., for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic Vicinage. She joins Rosenberg Calica & Birney after working in the New York office of a major New Jersey-based law firm as a member of its Insurance Services, Litigation and Class Action practice groups.

Ms. Ferraro received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from New York University (cum laude 2006). Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ferraro worked on behalf of Kimberly-Clark Corporation where she negotiated marketing and advertising agreements.
