Kellenberg Memorial High Students Recieve New York State Honors For Music

Four students from Kellenberg Memorial High School have achieved top honors in music for the 2015-16 school year. Three students were selected to participate in New York State School Music Association’s Conference All State performing ensembles in Rochester, NY in December. Soprano Alexa Ford of Lynbrook was selected to perform in the All State Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Students are selected for honors ensembles by auditions done the previous spring. Thousands of students across the state audition for seating in these ensembles each year.
