Nassau police are investigating the death of a 3-year-old girl who they say died of unknown causes.According to police, the girl was at the Grace Lutheran Church and School in Malverne on Friday when she became unresponsive just before 1 p.m. The Malverne Police Department was called, and the girl was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Police say she died on Monday. Nassau police are investigating the death of a 3-year-old girl who they say died of unknown causes.

According to police, the girl was at the Grace Lutheran Church and School in Malverne on Friday when she became unresponsive just before 1 p.m. The Malverne Police Department was called, and the girl was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. Police say she died on Monday. The investigation into her death is ongoing.
