LYNBROOK, NY — A building fire sent Lynbrook firefighters and other departments to assist.

It took place at 96 Merrick Rd. just after 11:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The building is home to Frankel and Frankel, a wholesale prescription drug distributor.

Lynbrook police said the fire likely started in a delivery truck.

When officers arrived, smoke was seen coming from the east side of the business.

No one was injured, and the fire does not appear to be suspicious, a police spokesperson said.

Nassau County Police's Arson Bomb Unit was also dispatched to the location.
