A+ Student Advisory, a call/help center in Lynbrook, is seeking an experienced, reliable weekends and evening manager.
Responsibilities include overseeing reps and schedules, overseeing the call quality of the staff and other related tasks. When first starting, the employee will have to make calls like the reps do, and learn the company's quality-control procedures before assuming the manager's position.
The job hours are currently Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but will eventually become 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on those days and also incorporate weekend hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Schedule should be flexible to cover for the daytime manager on vacation days.
Job pays $16 an hour and is FLSA status, non-exempt.
