Man Chases Three Burglars From Roosevelt to Freeport
The man caught the trio running out of his home on Tuesday night, police say.

ROOSEVELT, NY - Three men were arrested for burglarizing a Roosevelt home on Tuesday night, according to Nassau County Police.
As the 32-year-old resident pulled into his driveway and arrived home at about 8:38 p.m., he saw the men run out of the front door of his home, police said.
While they ran past him, one of the men pointed a shotgun at the victim as they entered a 2006 Ford Focus and fled, according to police.

The man followed the trio in his car and called 911 for assistance.
Freeport Police responded and conducted a vehicle and traffic law stop of the men’s car at Virginia Avenue and Wilson Place in Freeport.

The men were identified as 19-year-old Jordan Covo, of New Jersey, 20-year-old Dillion Ross, of New Jersey, and 23-year-old Aaron Osorio, of the Bronx, and placed into custody without incident at 9:40 p.m., according to police.
No injuries were reported.
All proceeds were recovered from inside the car and from in front of a home on Hudson Avenue, Roosevelt where they were discarded by the men as they fled.
The shotgun was also recovered and is listed as property of the victim; proceeds from the burglary.
The trio will be arraigned on Wednesday.
