Man Drove Drunk With Kids In Car, Missing Front Tire: Police
Police say the children weren't harmed and were released into the custody of their mother.

An Elmont man was arrested early Saturday morning after police say he was found driving drunk with his two children in the car and a missing front tire.
According to police, just after 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to a call for a car driving on its rim with no tire. Police say they found Oscar Collahuazo, 41, of Marguerite Avenue, parked in front of 199 Hempstead Turnpike in a 2015 Nissan, which was missing a driver's-side tire and had a broken rim.
Police say Collahuazo had bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcohol on his breath. His 11-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son were both in the car, police say. Collahuazo was placed under arrest, and the children were released into the custody of their mother.
