Man Injured In Drive-By Shooting On Southern State Parkway
An SUV pulled up along side a ride-share car and fired several shots into it, police said, injuring the passenger.
A man was injured early Saturday in a drive-by shooting on the Southern State Parkway in Nassau County.
According to state police, around 5:45 a.m., a 22-year-old man was in a ride share car on the Southern State Parkway near exit 17 in Malverne when a dark colored SUV drove up and fired several shots into the car.
The man was struck, and was taken to Nassau University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
