Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Nassau Collision: Police
It happened Wednesday afternoon on Hempstead Turnpike.
FRANKLIN SQUARE, NY — A motorcycle rider was injured in a collision with an SUV on Wednesday afternoon in Franklin Square.
The 23-year-old male victim was heading east on Hempstead Turnpike when the crash took place with an SUV driven by a 20-year-old woman, who was making a left turn onto Scherer Boulevard, authorities said.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
