National Wholesale Liquidators to Host Free Health Fair In Partnership with Fidelis Care and Nuhealth Family Health Centers
Due to the unfortunate weather forecast for this weekend, we have decided to cancel/postpone tomorrow's community event.
September 28, 2015 - West Hempstead, NY – National Wholesale Liquidators, located at 111 Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead, NY, is pleased to host a health fair for the community on Saturday, October 3 from noon to 4:00PM. We are excited to join forces with Fidelis Care and Nuhealth Family Health Centers. The health fair will be in the parking lot and will have lots of fun for the family as well as important health screenings.
• Children can enjoy face painting and music entertainment.
• Clinic One Urgent Care will provide free blood pressure and diabetes screening.

• Free vision and dental health screenings will be offered for adults.
• NuHealth Family Health Centers will have their Mammography Van present and will be offering free screenings.

• Fidelis Care representatives will also be available to answer questions about health insurance and help eligible residents apply for enrollment
• Town of Hempstead Town Clerk, Nasrin Ahmad will also be in attendance with the Child Safety and Senior Identification Program
